The below meeting and submission dates apply to full and prior approval applications. Low risk applications may be submitted at any time.

Applications must be received by the submission date in order to be assessed at the next meeting, for example 10 January is the submission date for the TSRAC meeting on 2 February and the Health and Medical HREC meeting on 21 February.

Applications received after a submission date will be assessed at the following month’s meeting.

Please note that a complete electronic copy of the application must be received by close of business on the submission date. A signed hard copy should be submitted within a week of the electronic submission.
