The below meeting and submission dates apply to full applications.

• Minimal risk applications may be submitted at any time.
• Applications must be received by the submission date in order to be assessed at the next meeting (for example, February 3 is the submission deadline for the meeting on February 20).
• Applications received after a submission date will be assessed at the following month’s meeting.
• Submission dates are set 2 weeks before the meeting in order to provide the committee members with adequate time to review the applications before the meeting date.

Please note that there is no Social Sciences HREC meeting in January.
