The Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research (323.3KB) was endorsed by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), Australian Research Council (ARC) and Universities Australia in 2007. The purpose of the Code is to promote integrity in research in universities and other public sector research institutions. The Code provides guidance to institutions and researchers in responsible research practice, and describes a framework for managing breaches of the Code.
