The University is considering replacing the Intellectual Property Policy with an Intellectual Property Ordinance which will apply from the date of its approval by the University Council. Rights and obligations regarding ownership, commercialisation and reporting intellectual property will remain substantially the same under the proposed Intellectual Property Ordinance.
The Delegations Register provides information regarding Delegations of Authority for key University of Tasmania positions and peak decision-making committees.
