Now open in our key service areas: Office of Research Services (ORS), the Graduate Research Office (GRO) and the Central Science Laboratory (CSL). 

The Division of Research Services is currently conducting customer satisfaction surveys in some of the key service areas within its portfolio: the Office of Research Services (ORS), the Graduate Research Office (GRO) and the Central Science Laboratory (CSL). 

These surveys will provide us with essential feedback to ensure that our services remain pertinent and supportive of your research agendas.

Staff and students who have utilised ORS, GRO and/or CSL support in the last 12 months are encouraged to participate.

Each survey will take no more than 5 minutes to complete and all responses are confidential.
