
This seminar will review current developments in internet research, with a focus on bringing ethical review together with the new research possibilities raised by the internet.
On Wednesday 15th October, the Faculty of Education in Launceston will be running an information session into ethical issues associated with research and social media.
The discussion will be guided by the Faculty of Education's Professor John Williamson, with featured speakers, Mrs Nicola Hodgman- Manager Research Ethics, Office of Research Services and by Professor Paula Swatman, Social Science Human Ethics Chair.
The talk will address the following specific set of ethical issues that are associated with research into and via social media.
