RCS students volunteered to host a stall at the National Youth Week Regional Expo, held in Burnie on 18th April 2012.  Approximately 1000 Grade 9 high school students attended the expo on the day which included various high schools along the North West Coast, from Smithton to Devonport.  The expo provided a wonderful opportunity to interact and provide an awareness to the high school students about health careers in general.  The Grade 9 students also thoroughly enjoyed undertaking activities such as; working out which body part is which and matching what health professionals would specialise in that area, identifying the bones on the skeleton and measuring pulses and blood pressure etc.
