Rose has a conjoint position with both the Rural Clinical School and the Postgraduate Medical Education Council of Tasmania (PMCT), therefore works with both medical students in the undergraduate program (MBBS) and junior medical doctors at the NWRH including PGY1-4. Rose is primarily concerned with promoting an integrated approach to medical education where different year groups learn together, as well as working with innovative approaches to the learning and teaching program, assessment and curriculum mapping. She also provides individual support for learning as well as counselling and general pastoral care.
