Working in partnership in medical education: a pilot project

The following Learning and Teaching pages have been developed by the Rural Clinical School (RCS), in conjunction with the Postgraduate Medical Education Council of Tasmania (PMCT) in recognition of two important aspects around medical education:

  • The importance of creating vertically integrated learning groups with students and junior doctors wherever possible and appropriate
  • The importance of efficiently and effectively utilising the scare physical and human resources that underpin the delivery of medical education in the NW region

This is an innovative approach that allows for resource sharing between the two sites.  As a result, website users can expect to see a number of web links between the sites and references to both PMCT and RCS in some documents.
