The 2012 UTAS Foundation Dinners welcomed new scholarship students, acknowledged the support of donors and celebrated the achievements of the UTAS Foundation and UTAS Alumni. In particular, the Chair of the UTAS Foundation, Mr Miles Hampton, highlighted the generous contributions of the individuals and organisations that support the Tasmania Scholarship Program.

There are over 450 UTAS students currently being assisted through the UTAS Foundation with awards, including those that are provided a stipend each year for the duration of their undergraduate degree, an honours year or postgraduate study. Every endeavour was made to have a photo taken of each student, which is given to the student and also to the donor of the scholarship; however this was not possible in all instances.

We are proud to present the 2012 Scholars that have been awarded a sponsored or endowed scholarship through the UTAS Foundation.
