The Faculty of Science, Engineering & Technology Awards will be held in the University Club Sandy Bay on Thursday July 25th at 4.30pm. We welcome Faculty staff to attend the event.

The awards recognise the following achievements from 2012:

  • Nationally competitive grants and other funded projects >$25k, for all schools and research centres within the SET Faculty.
  • The Faculty’s Early Careers Researcher Award 
  • Research Excellence Award
  • Dean’s Award for Exceptional Performance by Professional Staff 
  • UTAS Teaching Development Grants within the Faculty.
  • Teaching Merit Certificates and the Vice Chancellor's award for outstanding contributions to Learning and Teaching.
  • Prize for Science / Maths Teaching in Secondary Schools. The award acknowledges the outstanding contribution made by our State’s secondary science teachers.
