Our Orientation programs are designed to help you find your way around campus, provide an introduction to your studies and put you in touch with the staff within your area of study, other students and all the university services available to you. Orientation is about becoming familiar with your surroundings and knowing where to go for assistance, should you need it. Put simply, if you miss out on orientation you will be missing out on essential information and lots of fun!
Orientation for students new to the Faculty of Science, Engineering & Technology in Semester 1 will take place in Launceston on Wednesday 19 February 2014.
Students are asked to arrive by 9.45am at Lecture Theatre 7 in the Science Building, Newnham campus. This includes students in the School of Architecture and Design.

Students are asked to arrive by 9.15am at the Stanley Burbury Lecture Theatre, University Centre.
