The MAppSc (Agricultural Science) provides students with the opportunity to acquire advanced current knowledge in the agricultural science discipline. In addition, students will develop a capacity for independent research and problem-solving that can lead to workplace research and/or a higher degree by research (Masters or PhD).
The MAppSc (Chemistry) provides students with the opportunity to acquire advanced current knowledge in the Chemistry discipline. The MAppSc (Food Safety) provides students with the opportunity to acquire current knowledge in a specific food science discipline. In addition, students will develop a capacity for independent research and problem-solving that can lead to workplace research and/or a higher degree by research (Masters or PhD).
The MAppSc (Microbiology) provides students with the opportunity to acquire advanced current knowledge in the microbiology discipline.
