Responsibility

Responsibility for quality service delivery rests with the Executive Directors responsible for the Function.

Service Delivery Role

To ensure that quality services are being provided under the Hub model and facilitate and support service delivery solutions.

Engagement

Service delivery will be monitored through a range of qualitative and quantitative measures.

Regular meetings (monthly) will be held with Hub Managers and Service Delivery Managers in relation to service quality and other issues. Frequent meetings will be held with Function Executive Directors (quarterly) in relation to progress / issues etc.

Outcomes

Demonstrated improvement in service quality across all seven functions in the hub model.

Suite of metrics that enable service quality to be reliably and regularly measured and reported.

Reporting

Reporting to SMT on service effectiveness will be quarterly.
