The Director of Service Delivery will work with the staff accountable for the delivery of services in the Divisions and the Faculties and Institutes to realise collaborative opportunities for improvement in service delivery and foster a culture of service improvement into the future.
The approach will draw together the collective experience and expertise of managers across the university in the following broad areas:
