eduroam

NOTE: UTAS will transition away from the UConnect Wireless service beginning in Q2 2015. If you are still connecting to UConnect, you should now reconnect using eduroam.

We recommend you set your device to Forget eduroam prior to changing your password, then Reconnect. Please refer to the user help guides below to assist with these steps.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Wireless & Networks
  3. Select eduroam and click Forget
  4. After changing your password select eduroam from the list of available networks
  5. Connect using your full.email.address@utas.edu.au and New Password

You have successfully updated your password for this service.

Mail Client

Android Mail account passwords can be changed by completing the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Mail Accounts
  3. Select your UTAS exchange account
  4. Go to Account Details
  5. Clear the Password field, and type in your New Password.
  6. Click Save Settings

You have successfully updated your password for this service.

Browser Passwords

  • No password update required.

Outlook Web App

  • App will prompt for new password details.

Lync App

  • App will prompt for new password details.
