MyPassword for Windows Mobile

eduroam

NOTE: UTAS will transition away from the UConnect Wireless service beginning in Q2 2015. If you are still connecting to UConnect, you should now reconnect using eduroam.

We recommend you set your Windows Phone device to Forget eduroam prior to changing password, then Reconnect. Please refer to the user guide below to assist with these steps:

  1. Swipe from right to left on the Home Screen and find Settings
  2. Go to WiFi
  3. Hold down on eduroam
  4. Choose Delete
  5. Click on eduroam and enter full.email.address@utas.edu.au and New Password
  6. Click Done

You have successfully updated your password for this service.

Mail Client

Windows Phone Mail account passwords can be changed by completing the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Swipe from right to left on the Home Screen and select Settings
  3. Go to Email+Accounts
  4. Go to your Exchange account, likely called UTAS
  5. Scroll down and overwrite existing Password with your New Password
  6. Press the Tick to save

You have now successfully updated your password for this service.

Browser Passwords

  • No password update required.

Outlook Web App

  • App will prompt for new password details.

Lync App

  • App will prompt for new password details.
