About Carol Weissert

Professor Carol Weissert has a PhD from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and heads the LeRoy Collins Institute for Public Policy at Florida State University. Her research is focused on federalism, health politics and policy. She is co-author of a book, Governing Health: The Politics of Health Policy and her academic articles have dealt with health policy, intergovernmental relationships, comparative federalism, state politics, and fiscal federalism.
