Anthea is a Senior Lecturer in Social Work. For the past eight years she has been the Research Co-ordinator at the Dementia Research Centre at the Launceston General Hospital. In 2005 she was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to explore community-based programs for people with dementia in the USA and Canada. Anthea has 25 years' experience as a social worker and researcher in both South Australia and Tasmania, mainly in the health and ageing sectors. She is a member of the AASW (Tas Branch) committee.
