Kate is a lecturer at the School, coordinating and teaching HGA203/303 Social and Political Research (Semester 2, 2012). She has also taught qualitative research methods (level 5), environmental management, and wilderness and natural area management, elsewhere.

Kate is currently exploring the more-than-human potential of Jacques Ranciere’s political thought, and maintains an interest in all things environmental. She is particularly interested in place, and how people construct meaning and identity in relation to places.
