Develop comprehensive and integrated suite of TNE partner assessment, risk management, financial analysis and contract documentation that is straight forward to complete and that provides adequate levels of confidence to UTAS committees.
Outcome:A comprehensive TNE Partner Assessment process was established in the first half of 2006 and trialled on the Australian College of Kuwait (ACK) proposal. As part of this process, a full due diligence was carried out, as well as detailed financial modelling and the creation of a risk management plan. This suite of documents was approved by P&RC in October 2006. In parallel, UTAS TNE contract documentation has been reviewed and updated to reflect key financial and governance issues.
