Student Systems and Business Improvement
The Student Systems and Business Improvement (SSBI) Team within Student Operations are responsible for the student information systems of the University supporting student and academic administration.
We provide the following services:
- Technical Support for Student Management and integrated systems
- Business Analysis and Support for student and academic administration processes
- Driving a program of continuous improvement in student system adoption and process reengineering
- Training in the use of student systems
- Administration of system access
