Career Mentor Program

The Career Mentor Program matches University of Tasmania students with alumni on the basis of shared interests, degree background or industry

It’s a valuable way to gain useful career advice, through building an informal and supportive relationship with an experienced UTAS graduate.

The Career Mentor Program is for students from any discipline who have completed at least 12 months of study at UTAS or the AMC. Applications from distance students are especially welcome!

  • gain support and guidance from an experienced professional in a relevant field of interest
  • build personal and professional networks
  • increase confidence with professional presentation and the job application process
  • link academic study to employment and industry realities

Students may register for the Program on a maximum of two occasions during their studies.
