UTAS counsellors offer confidential and professional counselling to students experiencing a range of academic and personal concerns including (but not limited to) anxiety, stress, depression, motivational problems and relationship difficulties. We recognise that these and other difficulties may impact your ability to study effectively.
To get the most from this site, we suggest you apply the ideas and suggestions to your own situation. If you want to, you can contact us to arrange to discuss your situation in person, if possible, or over the phone.
As counselling staff we are qualified professionals. While our areas of expertise and interest vary, we can all provide general counselling support, consultation, education and advice.
