Apply now for the Green Steps sustainability training and internship program hosted by UTAS.

The Green Steps program offers training in environmental sustainability management and a two-week internship in a Tasmanian business. 

Through the support of a Tasmanian Climate Change Office grant, this opportunity is offered FREE OF CHARGE to successful applicants.  

All UTAS students are eligible to apply, with 14-16 places on offer.

Green Steps is a great opportunity for you to:

  • Grow your knowledge and connections in the environmental sustainability sector.
  • Gain practical skills in environmental auditing, project and behaviour change management.
  • Get your foot in the door with valuable work experience in environmental sustainability.

Applications close on Friday 2 September.

Interviews for applicants will be held in mid September.

Training for successful applicants will be run over two weekends at the start of October. Two-week internships with a Tasmanian business will be run during the 2011-12 summer break.
