UTAS community shocked by deaths.
The University of Tasmania has been shocked by the recent deaths of two people in Dynnyrne.
Acting Vice-Chancellor David Rich has extended his condolences and those of the University community to the families of the deceased.
“The matter continues to be investigated by the police and the University will ensure that it continues to work with Tasmania Police in any possible way to assist the investigation,” he said.
“Our emphasis is on ensuring our students and staff have the support they need at this time,” he said.
Counselling is available for University students and staff on all campuses.
