Free public event: The Refugee Experience
'The Refugee Experience' offers an opportunity for the Tasmanian community to listen firsthand to the stories of three past refugees from Iraq, Burma and Sierra Leone.
Each speaker will share the story of their journey to Tasmania - the circumstances in which they left their countries of birth, the journey to Australia and how they came to call Tasmania home.
Presented by Senator Lisa Singh and the UTAS School of Government.
