Research week kicking off soon

Launceston campuses are preparing for UTAS Research Week Launceston (Monday 18th June-Friday 22nd June) which kicks off in less than three weeks time.

With an exciting program on offer, northern-based UTAS Staff and PhD candidates are encouraged to register now to avoid missing out on the excellent range of events and seminars which will be occurring across northern campuses over the week.

Below is a snapshot of just some of the exciting events and seminars on offer which showcase UTAS’ research excellence.

Fast Furious Future: Research at Inveresk

An opportunity to hear six researchers from the Schools of Architecture and Design and Visual and Performing Arts present their research in 20 slides, each for 20 seconds!

Whilst the majority of the events and seminars are targeted at UTAS Staff and PhD candidates, there are also many events which the community is invited to attend.

UTAS Research Week Launceston will then be followed by the Cradle Coast Campus series (Mon 13th Aug- Fri 17th August 2012) and the Hobart series (Mon 3rd Sep-Fri 7th Sep 2012).
