Online survey and chance to win prizes
Now is your chance to tell us what you like about the UTAS Libraries and what you think could use improvement.
UTAS Library will be conducting an online survey from Monday 10th September to Friday 28th September, to gain feedback on services, collections, equipment and facilities. This feedback enables the Library to target areas for improvement.
The last Library Survey was conducted in 2010. In response to feedback from this survey, the Library has worked towards improving the availability of computers by trialling lendable laptops in the Morris Miller Library; improved catalogue searching with the introduction of the Summon interface; responded to requests for longer opening hours by offering 24/7 access to the Morris Miller and Launceston Campus libraries; improved access to electronic reading lists and continued to increase the number of e-books.
The 2012 survey will be available from the Library website and should take about 10 minutes to complete. A report on the survey results will be made available from the UTAS Library website once they have been compiled.
We encourage all students and staff to complete the survey and welcome all feedback, both positive and negative. It is important for us to know what you need and want from your library service in order to address these requirements.
Complete the Library survey and enter a draw to win an ipad2 with wifi and one of four $100 Co-op book vouchers.
