PASS is pleased to announce the release of the Peer Assisted Study Sessions timetable for semester 2 and the launch of PASS Online.
Sessions for PASS will be commencing this week for semester two with session times and venues now available on the student timetable and the PASS website.
Alongside the on-campus program, this semester PASS will be launching PASS Online, a new and exciting initiative making PASS accessible to off-campus students and those who may simply find it more convenient to participate online. PASS Online sessions are conducted in Blackboard Collaborate, a web conferencing platform which has been specifically designed to maximise the potential for students to interact and collaborate with leaders and fellow classmates. This allows PASS leaders to provide an equivalent learning environment to that of our on-campus sessions, delivering continued quality Peer Assisted Study content while embracing a different platform!
PASS Online sessions utilise a variety of different activities and strategies for exploring content – allowing students to work together to achieve understandings and create study resources that will help to take them through their unit and beyond.
This semester PASS Online will be available to students studying in BEA140 Quantitative Methods and ESH104 Human Development in Educational Contexts.
