The Vice-Chancellor’s Leadership Award has been created to educate, challenge and inspire, while helping students to develop networks, work ethic, community awareness, leadership and employability. Our objective is to give students the skills and experience required to develop a competitive edge, both personally and professionally.
Students selected to participate will experience and learn what it takes to be a successful leader in the community from those who already are. Participants will also undertake volunteer work, either within the University or the broader Tasmanian community, and engage in a process of personal development across a 10 month period. Note that the Award is only open to penultimate and final year students.
Applications close Friday March 5th at 5pm. Apply now at http://www.utas.edu.au/leadership-award
