Thedesk is an online resource developed specifically for university students. The aim of thedesk is to assist you to maintain or improve your physical and mental wellbeing and to study more effectively while at UTAS.
- online modules on various topics (for example, time management, stress management, making friends and keeping healthy)
- a 'Get Help' section containing UTAS specific support services
When accessing thedesk website for the first time:
- click 'Register' to set up your free log-in account
- complete your details (note: you can nominate any username and email address) and
- select 'University of Tasmania' from the drop-down institution list
