Counselling and wellbeing

When you become a student with us, our staff are here to support you. Whenever you have a question or concern, you can reach us.

Studying with us gives you free access to confidential and professional counselling, both in-person and online. We can help with academic, mental health and personal concerns.

Talk to a counsellor

You will be able to make an appointment with our team of experienced counsellors who understand and enjoy working with students with different needs and backgrounds.

After hours support

Because life happens outside of business hours, you will have access to our dedicated University Crisis Line after 5pm or 24 hours on weekends and public holidays.

Events and self-help resources

Your mental health and wellness are important to us. We have events, such as mindfulness sessions, and self-help resources on finding ways to relax, making new friends and building resilience.
