Asset Management Services (AMS) are responsible for the general management of centrally managed learning spaces (CMLS), including repairs and maintenance, space management, University timetabling, audio visual services and the refurbishment of existing centrally managed learning spaces. AMS are also responsible for the external hire of centrally managed learning spaces when University core business activities allow.

The Flexible Education Unit (FEU) is responsible for providing advice on educational issues associated with space development and design.

IT Resources (ITR) is responsible for the provision, installation and management of computing hardware within Lecture Theatres and any other centrally managed learning spaces, as deemed appropriate, by the TFMG. ITR is also responsible for the provision of equipment, aspects of training and the maintenance of videoconferencing equipment in specific centrally managed learning spaces
