Maintenance, Support and Training

Maintenance requests are coordinated through Asset Management Services.

Audio Visual support in the Centrally Allocated Teaching Spaces is provided by Asset Management Services.

Audio Visual training is coordinated by the Flexible Education Unit and provided by Audio Visual support staff. Normally, audiovisual training is conducted on pre-semester dates. However, one-on-one instruction is available by special arrangement with Audio Visual support.

Training in the use of computing hardware, video conference equipment and iLecture software is provided by ITR. The ITR Helpdesk number is extension 1818.
