A group comprising the Directors of AMS, ITR, the Library and the FEU, has been established under the Senior Managers Administration, Research and Teaching (SMARTS) group to investigate how service provision for audiovisual, videoconferencing, ELMs, iLecture services can be more efficiently provided to support teaching and learning. It is anticipated that a service model would be in operation by Semester 1, 2006.
