Join TIA Pasture Scientist, Dr Beth Penrose, for a lunchtime webinar and Q&A about the future of agriculture. As agricultural production intensifies around the world, sustainable agricultural practices and pasture management will become even more vital for the future of our planet.
Dr Penrose is a lecturer in pasture science at the University of Tasmania and a researcher at TIA. She is interested in pasture species, particularly ryegrasses. Her work has focused on how to improve plant, livestock and human nutrition through pasture management.
The webinar is part of National Science Week (12-20 August 2017), Australia's annual celebration of science and technology.
