PhD Candidate Captured Behind the Scenes at the New Forensic Evidence Desk

PhD Candidate Cheryl Brown was captured behind the scenes at the new police forensic evidence desk based in South Australia Police Scene Investigation Sections where she is the Senior Sergeant. The new centralised evidence desk is the hub for physical and electronic evidence exhibits to be submitted by Crime Scene investigators, and made immediately available for further analysis. Section Senior Sergeant Cheryl Brown said the new evidence desk was a "one-stop shop" for crime scene exhibits. The full story at adelaidenow.com.au.

Cheryl Brown is a postgraduate student with TILES and her research focuses on 'The effectiveness of forensic identification evidence in volume crime policing in Australia', being supervised by Associate Professor Roberta Julian and Dr Sally Kelty (TILES/Uni of Canberra).
