The role of the Associate Director - Workforce Change

The Associate Director - Workforce Change is primarily based in the Tasmanian Department of Education, and responsible for the Workforce Development Strategy.

The Associate Director will:

  • establish and maintain effective networks and relationships across the education and university sectors to ensure the delivery of appropriate workforce development, and
  • engage with Centre staff and affiliates to determine and deliver on professional development needs for education professionals.
