On-campus students have access to a range of face-to-face lectures and workshops during the four-day course. Students choosing to study on-campus also have access to the online resources and tools available to distance students (see option 3, below), to allow you to continue learning, and refresh your skills throughout the year.
UniStart On-Campus in Semester 2, 2009 is designed to be undertaken as a four-day program. As such, it is recommended that you attend as much of the course as is possible. To assist you in deciding which workshop to attend, please view the session/module descriptions. |

Commences 29 June 2009. Support will be available until 7 August 2009.
Distance students will have a choice of three study options. Students can choose to change their study option at any time. The study options are:
- A Guided study option. This option involves studying UniStart modules according to a set schedule and attending (where possible) live tutorials conducted over the internet. The Guided schedule will take place from 29 June 2009 to the 7 August 2009. Students who enrol in UniStart after the 29 June 2009 are welcome to join us for the remainder of the Guided program.
- A Self-directed study option. This option allows students to pick and choose the modules they would like to study and complete modules at a time convenient to them. Therefore, students can study modules any time between 29 June 2009 and 30 November 2009. These students will also be invited to attend optional live tutorials between 29 June 2009 and 7 August 2009.
- An On-demand study option. This option allows students to 'drop-in' to the UniStart website at any time they like between 29 June 2009 and 30 November 2009 to use the resources and tools available there.

All students will continue to have access to online resources until 30 November 2009.
Timetables for On-campus and Distance study options will be provided at least two weeks prior to commencement of the unit.
