Harvey has been a Partner in the Chartered Accounting firm of Wise Lord & Ferguson since 1986 specializing in Audit and Corporate Advisory services.
Harvey has a Bachelor of Economics from University of Tasmania and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants . In addition he is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Harvey lives in Hobart and has 3 adult children.
Harvey was appointed to Council in 2009 and as Deputy Chancellor in January 2013.
