Belinda Webster has been secretary to the University Council since 2000. Belinda is also the General Counsel & University Secretary. Belinda has been in the university sector for over 15 years, initially with Swinburne University of Technology. Belinda started at UTAS as the University’s first in-house Legal Officer.
