Rates effective 1 February 2012. Rates include fuel and insurance. Hourly rate applies for maximum of 6 hours.

| Large sedan (Commodore or similar) | $125 | $24 |
| 8 seater bus | $145 | $28 |
| Off-road 4WD (Toyota HiLux) | $170 | $33 |
| 12 seater bus | $209 | $40 |
Before collecting a vehicle, a vehicle requisition must be provided to the Vehicle Fleet office (by fax, post or in person). The relevant account code must be supplied for backcharging.
Charges will automatically be deducted from the nominated account in the TechOne Financials. Charges are posted on ongoing basis each month.
