“My current practice ranges from making object based sculpture, primarily using ceramics, through to mixed media installation and photography. Recently, I have begun to bring my photographic images onto the surface of my ceramic work. For example, a recent work, 'Espíritu de Cataluña', uses close-up photographs of Gaudi's mosaics from Parc Guell, Barcelona. These were taken during my Australia Council residency in 2009.”

The residencies include: SITKA Centre for Art & Ecology, Oregon, USA; University of Ballarat; Australia Council Residency in Barcelona, Spain; and the Yingge Ceramics Museum, Taiwan.
