Where to from here? – The recent experience of two recent graduates
Late in 2012, with their BCA Honours graduations imminent, Patrick Sutczak and Serena Rosevear launched themselves into their first professional curatorial project, titled Enucleo - contemporary clay. At the time they didn’t realise the extent of what they were getting themselves into, but just last week they opened the first of two planned exhibitions: the culmination of nearly 12 months of work driven by blind ambition and determination.
Recognising the value of the professional development opportunities they generated for themselves through this project, Patrick and Serena would like to share the details of their experience with current students, while also engaging in some blatant self-promotion of their upcoming Launceston exhibition and accompanying artist talks.
