Our Theatre Program offers a dynamic, ‘hands-on’, production-based set of courses in which you are given the opportunity to not only study the many aspects of contemporary theatre and performance, but also put what you learn to the test in major annual productions. In your 1st year of the Bachelor of Contemporary Arts (Theatre), you can expect to gain a broad understanding of theatre practice—both onstage and backstage. In 2nd & 3rd years, you will be given the opportunity to take specialist units in acting, voice, movement, directing, devised performance, stage management and technical theatre.
