The development of practical and technical skills assist students to explore a variety of techniques and traditions, with emphasis on life drawing, landscape, still life and experimental drawing. Students are encourage to explore the perceptual and conceptual possibilities in their drawing.
The studio also offers print-media units that cover a range of techniques such as etching, dry point, woodcut and linocut.
