The University has developed an electronic invitation template in word to assist you to create professional looking invitations from your desktop. The invitation can be crated and completed in word and must then be converted to PDF prior to emailing. The template is not designed to be used for printed invitations.
Printed invitations can be created by ordering preprinted invitation stock from UniPrint. This stock can be overprinted in house for personalised mailings (using mail merge) or UniPrint will print and cut generic invitations for you.
