• Web infrastructure – the backend servers that host web sites, web technology and applications,
• Web technology – the middleware services such as webserver utilities, portal applications, and web development tools,
• Web applications and associated services – software applications that are presented to users as individual or grouped services delivered via a web interface,
• Content management services and support – services and support structures associated with managing static or dynamic web content.
• Portal strategies and visual presentation – the grouping and presentation of the UTAS web presence to internal and external users, including intranet and extranet services.
