A key objective of the Web Services Strategic Action Plan is to provide an effective and widely supported governance framework that will:

• Clarify web services responsibilities and roles around the University
• Create a Web Support Forum to improve collaboration and coordination of our distributed system of web support
• Review existing policies , guidelines, standards and compliance issues
• Develop more effective and interactive communication about web services
• Investigate and provide solutions to meet web services training needs
• Monitor, trial and adopt emerging web technology.
