Biography
Dr Eccleston was awarded a PhD in 2005 from Griffith University, and has diverse government and research experience. She currently co-ordinates the evaluation activities of the Wicking Teaching Aged Care Facility Program. This project aims to provide health care students with an improved learning environment in residential aged care facilities, and to build organisational capability within aged care facilities to support professional education and drive a high performance culture capable of realising evidence-based practice. She is also a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Wicking Dementia Research and Education Centre.
